How to pay
Payment will be made by credit card, which must be active to make transactions online.
Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating the order number, the products purchased and the attached invoice. If you do not receive it, we recommend that you check your spam folder in your email. In the event that you have not received it in this folder, please contact our customer service department at hello@keyrambit.pro
Shipping rates and delivery times
Most shipments will be sent via regular postal service or UPS. The delivery time of orders varies depending on the shipping address.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. Expenses will be calculated depending on the destination.

Product availability
All product orders are subject to availability. In this sense, all our products are created by prior order, with 3D printing and hand-painted (those that require it), so they will be created according to the order in which they were ordered. If you want to know what order on the waiting list is your order, send an email to hello@keyrambit.pro indicating the order number.
Price and payment
The price of the products will be that stipulated at any time on our website, except in the case of manifest error. Although we try to ensure that all the prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully refunded.
We will not be required to supply you with any product at the wrong lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the price error is obvious and unambiguous and could have been reasonably recognized by you.
The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Industrial and intellectual property
