RETURNS
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us through our contact page. We will provide you with a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through our contact page. We will make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
EXCHANGES
Return the item you have. Once we accept the return, place a new order for the item you want.
EU 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Orders shipped to the European Union can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time.
