PAYMENT

We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.

PRICING

Prices are listed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, postal service disruptions, customs delays, or other force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wrocław, Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
