DELIVERY TIMES

We ship via standard postal service. Delivery times vary by location.

• Europe: 5–21 business days
• North America: 5–21 business days
• Rest of the world: 15–45 business days

WRONG ADDRESS

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We can usually update the address before shipment. If the order has already shipped, you will need to contact the carrier directly to reroute.

MISSED DELIVERY

The carrier will leave a notice on the first attempt. Contact them to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup at your local post office.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If 45 business days have passed since shipment and your order has not arrived, contact us through our contact page. We will sort it out.
